As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. This guarantee includes all products purchased from us, in our store, ordered directly via telephone or through our web site. You our customer are the foundation of our business, if you are not satisfied, neither are we.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased store or FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your store or FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
